Our meetings begin at 8:30 am and we hope you will be able to join us for the start. Your presentation is scheduled to begin at approximately 9:15 a.m. and to run to 10:30 a.m. Please provide the audience with the opportunity to ask some questions.

Please email me your bio, for intro purposes and a .jpg head shot for posting on our website. We provide an LCD projector, laptop, flip chart, and a hands-free or hand held Microphone. We are equipped to handle Power Point presentations in either Windows or Mac.
