A new survey suggests that one-quarter of all employees don't feel loyal to their employer and that one in five is very likely to leave for a new job in the next year. According to the article in today's Globe and Mail 61 per cent of employees say they don't feel valued by their employer. Another 52 per cent complained that their efforts aren't recognized or appreciated. Over half said they weren't being paid enough and 44 per cent complained that there were enough opportunities for advancement. Just under a quarter said they didn't like their boss and 19 per cent said their current work just wasn't challenging enough.
