HR HelpDesk

Depending on your company size and needs, you may not want or require your HR Professional to be onsite. Our HR Helpdesk is staffed by the same team that provides our Fully Outsourced service model with the only difference being that the function is managed almost entirely remotely. Key people from your organization can call or e-mail us for support or conference us in to meetings. Your HR Professional will provide strategic and best practice advice, manager and employee coaching, and templates such as policies and offer letters. We customize everything to align with your business, and everything is delivered through your dedicated professional. This is how we are differ from doing a Google search or subscribing to a template service.

How does HR HelpDesk work?

You will be assigned a dedicated HR professional who will be your key contact. Your HR professional is supported by a 15-person HR Team and will be able to draw on them as resources when required. This means you will be getting the expertise of an entire HR department at a fraction of what it would cost to build yourself.

Managed Offsite

Phone Support, Customized Templates and Documents, Critical Path (built-in projects)

  • Available by email, phone and video chat, Monday through Friday during regular business hours
  • Access to HR templates and documents which we will customize based on your need
  • Alerts and recommendations when new legislative changes affect your organization
  • Projects will be built into a critical path to be completed over a determined amount of time
  • Projects built into helpdesk will receive a 10% customer loyalty discount

HR Advisor

Phone support, Customized Templates and Documents

  • Available by email, phone and video chat Monday through Friday during regular business hours
  • Access to HR templates and documents which we will customize based on your need
  • Alerts and recommendations when new legislative changes affect your organization

With the Helpdesk, you can also add HR projects either ‘a la carte’ along to the way, or we can determine the priority HR projects and build them into your overall service model. The advantage to building in the projects is that you can budget the development of your HR infrastructure at the same time as having us handle your day to day HR needs. For example, we can ensure your health & safety compliance, update your policy manual, and/or provide leadership training - all of which would be built into your HR plan.
