This tool can really help transit your soft skills and definitely make you stand out from other candidates. Once again this week we heard of HR professionals who will not proceed to a face interview if a candidate is not using the social media and demonstrates familiarity with current communication tools.

Maybe the job you used to do is no longer in existence. If this is true for you a breakdown of your skills will show where you may be able to give value and apply yourself. This may be in a different industry, or organization. The change may not be easy or comfortable but may be the only viable alternative.
