Françoise has been a Faculty Member at Queen’s University’s prestigious Industrial Relations Centre since 1994, and was made a Fellow in 2006. She chairs the Leadership Capacity & Coaching Programs. www.irc.queensu.ca

As a consultant, Françoise is a major contributor to the field of Organizational Development. Her practice takes her within Canada and internationally. Her main area of expertise is Leadership Development. She is a much in demand speaker in both official languages and regularly presents at major conferences across the country and abroad.

Françoise is a certified professional coach and uses coaching in her leadership development practice. She also trains managers, leaders and HR professionals on coaching skills.

With HR expert Amal Henein, CHRP, she wrote Made in Canada Leadership, published by Wiley Canada in May 2007. The book is the product of a large research on best practices on leadership excellence and development.  www.leadership-canada.com
