Managing Workplace Stress &

Different Personalities

What: An informative and interactive journey to discover more about different personality types, the value of ALL personality styles in the workplace, and effective workplace communication to keep stress and conflict at bay.

Why: Group cohesiveness is of the utmost importance and can be achieved by understanding each individual’s style or personality and learning to work with each other…instead of against or on our own.

An over stressed working environment is a barrier to achieving success and happiness. Millions of dollars a year are spent on harassment charges in the workplace…not to mention the hours of time off and leaves awarded due to stress.

Personal Resiliency
in Challenging Times

What: Personal Resiliency is designed to increase an individual’s stamina and flexibility while allowing individuals the capacity to bounce back from discouraging incidents.

Why: Personal Resiliency is a practical, insightful, and valuable presentation to help people adjust to the overwhelming impact of these changing times. This program is intended for healing and restoration of self-worth, personal spirit and overall morale. It helps people deal with the present conditions of ambiguity, instability, and unpredictability.

The Balancing Act:   Balancing Your Home and Work Life

What: This is a commonsense discussion of ways to realistically maintain an appropriate balance between home work life.

Why: A major problem today is juggling time, energy and priorities into the balance between home and work life. Balance is difficult for all people but when a reasonable balance is not maintained, serious personal problems result.
