Diana YK Chan founded My Marketability in January 2011 with a mission to help multi-passionate career changers and driven job seekers to find meaningful work and to differentiate as top talent so that they get fulfilling opportunities and make a difference.
As a Career Coach and Job Search Strategist, she's worked with over 500 clients internationally get competitive job offers at top companies in record time. Her clients have joined companies such as Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, Apple, Microsoft, SAS BCG, Deloitte and many more. Diana has a knack for identifying people’s unique talents and differentiating them as the ideal candidate to hire.
With over 10 years of recruiting experience, Diana has seen over 10,000 resumes and conducted thousands of interviews. She has a keen eye for identifying top talent and knows what it takes to stand out as the ideal candidate to hire. She was a Recruiter for Google Canada and Ivey MBA/ Executive MBA programs. She also worked in consulting at Accenture, marketing and training at TELUS.
Diana completed her undergrad and MBA from the Ivey Business School. She also did over 100 hours of coaching training with the Coaching Training Institute.
