Rochelle is a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) and a member of the Human Resources Professional Association (HRPA) and the International Coach Federation (ICF). She has received accredited training with Adler's Faculty of Professional Coaching in Toronto and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Mass Communications with York University and a Master of Industrial Relations (MIR) with the University of Toronto.

She is also certified in Negotiations Skills with Queen's University IRC, True Tilt 365, Prosci Change Management and is qualified by Psychometrics Canada Ltd. in the interpretation of psychological assessment and measurement. Rochelle has served as a panel member at conferences and on Rogers TV, a sub-committee of the Board of Directors for the HRPA and volunteers with the Up with Women organization and the Information and Communication Technology Council (ICTC) as a Career Coach.
